Simonal was a poor kid who became one of the most beloved Brazilian artists in the 60’s. Some believe he was the first real entertainer Brazil’s ever known. He was able to seduce thousands with his undeniable charm. But in the 70’s everything changed. A misunderstanding made people think he was working for the dictators. That was the beginning of the end.
